ROYAL RANGERS
A MINISTRY TO BOYS

Royal Rangers is a world-wide boys ministry designed to reach, teach and keep boys for Jesus Christ. It was created by the Assemblies of God in 1962, and has grown to more nations than ever imagined. Our numbers keep growing daily! We are currently in more than 50 countries world wide.

1. OUR AIM
To instruct, challenge and inspire boys in the area of Bible doctrine, Christian service, moral conduct, and basic beliefs of our church through means of interesting activities the boys enjoy.

2. OUR GOALS
To INSTRUCT in Bible doctrine. When a boy completes this program, he should have a basic knowledge of what the Bible teaches.
To CHALLENGE for Christian service. When a boy completes this program, he should be ready to take his place in the area of Christian service where God wishes him to be.
To INSPIRE a belief in the fundamental beliefs of the church. When a boy completes this program, he should be Assemblies of God in belief the remainder of his life.

ADVENTURING
IN THE
OUT-OF-DOORS

HIKING
There is nothing like the adventure of hiking along a wilderness trail through the woods, along a leaf covered path that wanders along a stream. hear the sounds of birds in the air, seeing natures animals scurrying through the woods - a new discovery around every turn.
CAMPING
There is nothing like the adventure of getting out of doors, finding a good camping spot by a stream, pitching your tent. building a campfire, cooking meals over it, setting around a council fire at night singing songs and telling stories.
CAMPCRAFT
Realizing a boys basic desires for outdoor adventure, camping and hiking have been placed high on the list of activities for Royal Rangers. To enjoy these experiences, a Royal Ranger should learn to take on him self in the out of doors safely and comfortably. for this reason he should learn skills in ropecraft, sanitation, shelter and equipment, firecraft and cooking.
